KTM 790 / 890 Adventure R & S and Rally side covers – fits all these bikes

Kit your KTM 790 / 890 adventure bike out with some rather cool looking rear side covers, that we make ourselves, in place of the bulky standard ones. Soft luggage won’t harm them as they are flat against the bike and look like “ Factory Fitted “ ones. Even if you have soft luggage on the bike while travelling you would have to remove your standard covers to get the tools that are stored in the rear side cover pouches. They are made out of epoxy so can be repaired in the event of any breakage.

Extras that are included in the kit are:

• Torque mounting screws – M5 & M6
• Speed Nuts to replace the silicone push in grommets on the lower fixing point
• Side Cover weight – 130 grams each
• Easy fit just need torque 30 & 25 screwdriver to do the job – be careful NOT to overtighten the bolts
• There are 3 x variations on the finish – please stipulate which colour you want –  plain white,   –  black 790 white / orange 790,  –  black 890 ,  –   white / orange 890
•     There are also 890 Graphics available now

To stick grafix on:
Clean the surface with benzine or methylated spirits to clean all traces of oil and dust, a couple of drops of sunlight dishwashing liquid mixed with water in a spray bottle  and apply, remove all bubbles and leave to dry. The bubbles / water can be squeezed out with a soft cloth as this will absorb any water / liquid that gets pushed out the side. You will need to hold the decal in place with a finger while doing this. Let the covers dry for at least one day before screwing on to your bike.
